What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for glass wine bottles?
Our standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces per SKU for existing mold shapes (bordeaux, burgundy, hock, etc.). For custom mold designs, MOQ is typically 10,000–20,000 pieces depending on complexity. Contact us if your volume falls below — we may accommodate through consolidated runs at a small premium.
How long does it take to receive my order from China?
For standard shapes: production takes 25–35 days, plus 25–40 days ocean freight to destination. Total: approx. 50–75 days from order confirmation. For custom mold orders, add 4–6 weeks for mold development. We strongly recommend planning 90–120 days for your first custom order.
Can I get free samples before placing a full order?
Yes. For standard shapes, samples are provided free of charge (you cover outbound freight). For custom mold samples, there is a reduced tooling cost that is credited toward your first production order. We always send physical samples for approval before mass production — no exceptions.
What customization options are available for glass bottles?
We offer full customization: custom mold shapes (proprietary bottle design), embossing / debossing (logo or pattern permanently molded in glass), frosted finishes (sandblasting or acid etching), color coating, screen printing / ACL ceramic labels, and custom closures (cork, screw cap, bartop). Mix and combine as needed.
Are your glass bottles FDA and EU food-contact compliant?
Yes. All glass bottles are manufactured with food-grade raw materials and independently tested by SGS for lead and cadmium migration. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, FDA compliant (US market), and meet EU Regulation 1935/2004 (European market). Compliance documentation is available for download or on request.
Do you handle export documentation and worldwide shipping?
Yes. We prepare all export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and quality inspection reports. We work on FOB, CIF Incoterms. We can coordinate directly with your preferred freight forwarder or introduce you to our trusted logistics partners.
